Special Readers' Theatre
Mrs. Laura's 2nd-grade class at Black Oak Elementary put on a special Readers Theatre for Mrs. Macy's kindergarten class!
They presented what they learned about schools from around the world, followed by reading their own personal books titled 'The Most Important Thing About Schools' to the kindergarten students.
What a fun and educational way to share knowledge and creativity!
September Students of Character: Trustworthiness
Black Oak Elementary School recently recognized a group of outstanding students who were selected as this month’s Students of Character. The character trait for this month’s recognition was trustworthiness. Students of Character is a monthly program at Black Oak that highlights different character traits each month, honoring students who exemplify them.
Below is the list of recognized students (Left to Right):
